"I emailed Cal Coast regarding a demo Ripmo AF they had for sale and Aaron emailed me back confirming they still had it. We set up a time for me to come by and he had everything dialed for my height and weight before I got there. Aaron took the time to explain the ins and outs of the bike and answered all of my questions. It is kinda awkward having to wait outside for the staff to come out to you. I understand its due to covid but it with many other stores being back open this seemed odd. Additionally the store is packed full of bikes and gear which is awesome but not really great for browsing. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a bike. I will be going back next week to get a bike for my daughter. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment prior to showing up. It made everything go very smoothly."
