"CE Federal Credit Union was excellent. I was able to call and assisted immediately. Coastal came into place and now every time I Call get place on hold, transfer to voicemail and no return calls. CE Federal Credit Union was friendly and provided good customer service. Coastal has completely change everything in a negative way bring terrible customer service. I have also been drafted a few times 8. without consent when calling for clarification on transactions. I could not be given a reason. I also have not receive my Debit Card in which I request twice. I have moved to Harris County Credit Union (Ms. Jeanette) is amazing and excellent customer service. Sounding like the Emmy Awards here: CE Federal Credit Union I truly appreciated the great customer service and kindness of Mr. E. Perez (loan officer) and Melissa Elias (loan officer) when CE Federal Credit Union was once. I don't need apologies or feedback from the Credit Union. Actions speak louder than Words. -1 STAR rating. Never late to make improvements."
"Don't expect them to answer the phone. They will answer, ask you to hold and then send you to Voice Mail. Good luck speaking to a human being. I have been a member for + years and this is getting worse every time I have to call."
"Service is not what it use to be. Referred a neighbor in the Garden Villa subdivision he went by and called no one was able to assist him for a refinance of home. So here I go to order a new credit card I was charge $8. which I paid cash then fee was also deducted from my account called today after 3 weeks and no card and was told apparently they forgot to order my card geez"
"Been banking with them for a year now and got my info stolen. Never have i had to pay for a replacement card that was stolen. Plus i had to wait for a fraud form to be emailed then i had to drive to deliver it not email it back. Then i was told it would be days for a answer or investigation on my account for the dispute. Then the days passed days no reply or contact from visa or the bank. I had to call and customer service gives no help but leaves my name for management that not even there during the week. They will not give me my info for who charged my card or where the item was delivered cause of confidentiality but isn’t it my info smh .. i cant even get my refund bak . Never have i bank with a bank that i had dispute my own money and they let the charge still go threw when i caught the charge within hours of the charge . They can’t decline any fraud charges. What type of bank doesn’t decline charges that are fraud once u caught within a hr ???? This banks suks and staff no help. It like a third party bank who only gives out forms but can’t investigate your own account. They have no info to give me so i can call the company who fraud charged me. $ out the window … sad that i have to Deactivate my card every time I use it Even after , if not any fraud charges will never be reimbursed especially if u catch the charge within hrs of the fraud charge . I recommend using a major credit union not this place . They let anyone take your money especially when there been many charges at one time no notification or anything to warn me not even the bank calls u to verify if your charging that much that day . Cause that day I charged my card over 1k in Charges and not one call to say if i was making these transactions smh !! If i could put zero stars i would !!"
"I have had an account and a Credit Card here for almost years. I recently had fraud, I still had my card but my number had been compromised somehow. Yes Luckily the Visa Fraud dept. called me but the luck stopped there. When I called the next business day I was told I was responsible for the first dollars of the fraud and that it is 8. for a replacement card. It was fraud!!!! Why am I being charged! I have worked for other Credit Unions and none make you purchase a card after you have had fraud. They happily close it so there will be no more fraud and they send you a new one AND they never make you responsible for the 1st . unless you were negligent. The other issue I have is I waited all day for. Fraud form to be sent to try and get some of my money back and only after I wrote a complaint about the 8. and someone called me to explain that it was a fee across the board that other institutions may not charge you but you are getting the fee somewhere else regardless... However this person at least got the form out to me within minutes."
