"Customer service was horrible the cashier was beyond rude and then on top of she was on face time while taking my order"
"Half of my burger was good, the other half had none of the toppings on it; they must have been in a rush. What prompted me to write a low review is the staff member who took my order was really short tempered, interrupted me in the middle of my order, and then didn’t listen to the rest of the order. I ordered a burger, fries, and a shake, and only ended up getting the burger. This staff member was so off their given duty and didn’t offer to fix it; just said, “Well I didn’t charge you for it so there’s no problem.”"
"It is the most underrated burger restaurant. Believe me the burger and fries are so good."
"I went last night.. ordered a burger, fries and a milkshake. I get there they tell me the shake machine still down. & I also paid near 2dollars for cheese on the fries which I didn't get. No cheese in the bag at all... burger was good, fries was dry without the cheese. Edit: I was so focused on the cheese, I forgot I ordered cry + fries which is supposed to be onion rings and fries but I didn't get my onion rings neither.. what kind of establishment charges you $ for a meal but forgets all ya sides.. despicable"
"The store was horrible by all means. Cold undercooked burger, overcooked dark fries. extremely messy and dirty place, arrogant wait staff and service. Only considere it if you want food poisoning. The Worst Burgerfi experience I ever had. I would not waste a dime there. I would give them negative rating if I can. Im calling heath department for inspection…."
