"Food is alright but poor customer service. The employees could do better you can tell when people don’t want to be there or enjoy what they do. I figure when you ask for bagels they would toast them or give you cream cheese I didn’t know you had to ask separately. Next, I feel like throwing the bagels in a brown bag without any wrapping at all is a poor way to send out your food. Lastly, why weren’t my bagels presliced? :( Maybe I’m asking for too much I guess I was just expecting the service I’ve received from other breakfast places :/ Not intentionally tryna make anyone feel bad just some of my worthless constructive criticism "

"Purchased a bagel, coffee and orange juice with my son. Was asked to leave by staff after minutes (before I even finished my first coffee) because there was a minute max on dine-in!? We were being courteous, quite, and there was literally no one else in the store; with half-a-dozen open tables. They were being rude to us for absolutely no reason."
