"Not a fan of the place. The actually dentists and ones assisting behind closed doors were nice but it’s a big company run like business that takes away from the more personal dentistry’s I’m used to. We had to go on a weekend and this place is open weekends so they were accommodating of that. But they overcharge and also offer these member plans that to me don’t really have much benefit. Went last time to get a tooth looked at and they quoted $1, to basically get a chip polished up (they even suggested veneers which cost more). Went back to my family dentistry, with more personal, courteous staff. Their treatment plan cost % of what Brident wanted to do."

"I had not been to the dentist in years and my teeth showed it. But Dr. Tran and assistant Wilma were not judgemental and very professional. I'm already booked for two more appointments. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this crew makes it not so bad. Highly recommended."

"It's an ok place. Just be prepared to be here for a ridiculously long time regardless of your appointment especially on fridays. I understand people get behind and things but over a hour wait to be called in the back for a cleaning... (its not the first time) Since I was a new patient, they put me on the back burner and took everyone that came after me and said since I was a new patient I had to wait for everyone else. Not sure why I had to make an appointment then... If you can't keep up with your timed appointments maybe you need to schedule less appointments at the same time. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and myself at the same time and they tried calling me back minutes after they called her in. When I asked how much longer for her, they hadn't even started her cleaning yet! Just really disappointed I wasted so much time sitting in that waiting room."

"I saw Dr. Tran for two crown replacements and she was great. She took her time to explain the process to me and what my treatment options were. She did an excellent job applying the local anesthetic, so I didn’t feel anything when she removed my old crowns. Only downside is that it takes a month for the new crowns to ship from the Brident lab in California, but my temporary crowns held up really well."
