"My daughter got her dress from Sonthai at Bridal Gown Studio and it was stunning. We loved so many of his gowns that it was hard to chose. We loved that fact that we could customize the color of the gown. My daughter chose a gown with a just a tiny bit of blush in it. She looked amazing. Sonthai did a beautiful job fitting the gown. "I would highly discourage anyone purchasing a wedding dress at Bridal Gown Studios. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating. The biggest issue was little to no communication. Ultimately the dress I originally purchased was not able to be created and I was only informed of this after I had called and emailed the store multiple times with little to no responses. I eventually learned months later that the lace on the original gown I had chosen was no longer available. I was only informed of this month after I had purchased the gown and I had to reach out first to find this information out myself. I was offered a refund and decided to take my business elsewhere. Luckily, I was adamant and proactive about reaching out for information and had just enough time to get a new dress at a different boutique before my wedding in September. A huge shout out and thank you to Wine Country Bride Boutique where I was able to have a stark opposite experience than Bridal Gown Studios. Wine Country Bride Boutique was friendly and accommodating and most importantly communicated with me on the timeline of my dress order."
