He offered to come look at the job on a Sunday and by Monday evening it was done. His guys preformed the job exactly how we had talked about it and it was all done at a very fair price."

"Set up a time to meet and provide and estimate. No show, no call. Set up a second time to meet and provide an estimate. When I called he kept telling me that he was on his way. Never showed up, never answered his phone calls. If this is an indication of his quality and reliability as a contractor then I would not consider using him."

"I had a bad experience with Joe Guest and family. I called his phone number from his website and left several messages requesting a quote. After several attempts I finally talked with his brother who admitted he did not give Joe my message. Finally, Joe came out to look at the job and promised to provide a quote for my repair. Joe left and never returned. He never provided a quote and never made any attempt to contact me as he promised. My experience with Joe left me with the understanding that he is unprofessional with his masonry business. The next contractor I called did a great job and finished in just a few days. You cannot count on Joe as he is unreliable. Be wary of Joe Guest and his Brick contracting business."
