"It was our first experience dropping our luggage off at a storage. My family and I were on a layover, so we took advantage of the time to see the city. The Bounce app made it easy to find a location near where we were going to be. We were given tags for our luggage and we stored it in a locked room. It’s a cool service! My only ask is that the host check the photos of the tags taken by the individuals of their luggage to confirm people are taking their actual bags."
