"Although my bags were NOT tempered with or stolen. I didn't like that the bags sat in the lobby where a customers have a tight spot to sit and eat. The space is very small which allows a very limited space. I was treated very well and bag service was quick. It is also near most things to visit as a tourists that City Hall in Philly has to offer, all with in walking distance. It was also near a great boba shop that specializes on brown sugar drinks which is a great spot to visit before and after a long journey around town."

"it was a great first experience! They were located right by the train and near places I am familiar with. Pricing was about % more than I would have expected, but if that's what it needs to be I understand, Id rather have to option to use the service for the price it is than no option at all. I also grabbed a great meal when I picked up my bag and the staff was very nice! I will definitely be using Bounce and this location again, thanks!"
