"I love Boston Market and glad it’s close by. The food quality is deteriorating. The chicken was burnt and the cornbread looks flat like a brick. No longer looks like a mini loaf and looks undercooked. Beware!"
"The meatloaf was horrible! It was dry and parts of it was burnt. They didn’t provide any gravy and the meat looked compacted as though it were something other than ground beef. I also received a half done soggy chocolate chip cookie. They have no pride in what they’re serving. $. for food I couldn’t eat."
"If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! Never open when they should be! Went to the drive thru this evening about 5pm and the person stated “I only have enough food left for my pickup order” THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ! They are terrible and LAZY!"
"Just horrible.. I went today and the chicken you can tell is from days before, the Mac was stale and so was the corn and the mash. Sometimes the service was really bad but this was the last straw, will not be going there ever again."
