The BEST boba for the price and taste and variety of boba drinks offered. Really unique flavors that can’t be found at other boba places. The menu selection is incredibly diverse and can cater to all dietary restrictions. The atmosphere of the place is incredible. The place is great to hangout with a small group of friends or even hold a small gathering of 20-30 people. There are tons of free board games to play with and spend an afternoon or evening. Above all, Boba Gem has the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The owners and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly kind. They are AMAZING and SO RELIABLE for catered orders. They even offer discounts without being asked and were willing to drive and help deliver drinks without asking.

Best boba place in the town with the nicest owners! Boba Gem came to our rescue when we needed boba catering at the last minute. They said yes to our egregious request of 100 bobas and they came through in just about 3 hours 🤩🤩 So close to the Univeristy of Washington and full of cute boba plushies and fun boardgames. Definitely come by and check it out and support the owners :) P.s. i highly recommend their taro boba with ube foam 😋

Delicious and high quality boba with great vibes. Definitely recommend the taro milk tea with ube foam and the lychee slush with lychee jelly! Cute boba plushies and lots of board games. Best place to chill with friends. Also great for anybody with dietary restrictions -- great replacements for anybody who is lactose intolerant, vegan, etc.

The Vietnamese boba just recently opened, and everything was great. The boba and milk tea are delicious and fresh. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Cozy spot tucked away from the storefront. Very nice quality drinks with good options and friendly service. Like others have said, their Taro milk tea with Ube foam is delicious. Worth stopping by for sure.
