"I am not an easy to please person, on a project all the checkboxes must be checked: quality, time, budget. I have done over a dozen of projects in my career and none of the other designers/architects blew it out of the park like these guys did. There is no tardiness, Sandy and Fabiola kept me on my toes and made sure I did my part while they were doing theirs (usually its the other way around with others). Received weekly status updates and I was in the loop with every step of the way. My budget was on spot and it was done on time. The quality of the job turned out to be even better than we imagined! Will use them again! Armistice Coffee Roaster Roosevelt location in Seattle"
