Here are some reviews from our users.
"This review is long over due. I've been bringing my laptops here for over years. A few pc laptops and recently my Mac laptop. I never asked what the guys name is but the guy with glasses.. the only guy there? Lol well he's super honest, nice and I don't think he charges too much for his service. My laptops all work like they are brand new after he fixes them. I highly recommend this place!"
"Alex and Brandon heard me out about my laptop and thermal paste, and delivered. I understood that they couldn't guarantee that thermal paste would solve my heating issue, but it seems like it's all fixed! Took about 2 or 3 hours total, which I really appreciate. Besides time, the price here was better than other places in the area. They know what they're doing. Thank you again!~"
"NEVER GO TO BEST BUY / GEEK SQUAD AGAIN. This is easily one of the best repair shops ever for PC gamers and anyone that wants help with their electronics without being overcharged and paying for services you don't need. These guys are very communicative and never seem to give you the run-around like Geek Squad would."
"Had an Apple Macbook fixed by them and 3 months down the road it had an issue with the battery charging. They took care of it with no issues. They payed for all shipping and fixed the problem. I % would do business with them again."
"I traded in my ” with a broken screen for a ”. I later found out that the serial number was not valid. The representative at Apple said it is most likely a stollen laptop. When I took it back to BKB they told me sorry you’re out of luck. ZERO stars."
