JD was very detailed knowledgeable and professional explaining the process. He made sure the pipes are not leaking and even checked the water pressure. "On the morning of Friday, April the 1st (not an April Fool's post by any means) as I was going to my car to go to work, I noticed water pooling under my water heater. Needless to say I was not happy. At work (I am a high school teacher) I called Bill Howe plumbing to see if I could get my water heater replaced that afternoon. Well they were able to fit me in. Since I teach until 2: pm, I could not accept the window. They were able to create a window for me (I live very close to the high school at which I teach). I sent in pictures of my water heater which allowed the tech to bring a new H2O heater with him. My tech was Darryl Fountain. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skilled. I like to watch professionals work and he was happy to explain all he was doing, answer all questions I had, and work efficiently. Darryl is a tech (plumber) I would absolutely recommend to anyone to work on any plumbing issues. I called Bill Howe because of amazing service and work from years ago, and this was in the back of my mind as I called Bill Howe plumbing that Friday morning. If you can, ask for Darryl. He took extra steps to ensure our situation was taken care of and communicated with third parties on our behalf. He was able to have the city respond to our plumbing issue the next day when my family and I were not able to get another plumber(service)to follow up at all. "I was very happy when I called Bill Howe plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours, because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. I was even more pleased with the plumber that arrived. Asher called me minutes before arriving and was very professional and very good at his job. Asher quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, he even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared. "This is the 3rd time we have called Bill Howe Plumbing for new faucets and water line hookups for 3 different areas in our house. Every time the service and professionalism has been outstanding!! We have a new construction house and the original plumbing installer was always “too busy” to come back and do faucet and water line installs for parts which were delayed in arriving due to supply issues. Bill Howe Plumbing was very responsive and arrived within hours, or less, of each call. Darryl was our Technician for 2 of the visits and ran into issues which required creative problem-solving.
