"Tried renting bikes for the whole family including a tag-a-long. The tag along felt weird and was difficult to ride. Realized at nd street, min into our 2 hour rental, the tagalong was pressing against the middle wheel. I started walking this bike back w my daughter which proved difficult w the tagalong pressing hard against the middle tire. Took me min to get back to the store. One of the supervisors told his employee that she gave us the wrong bike for the tagalong- it was not high enough. At first they only offered to refund the faulty bike/tagalong.. but after talking to customer service at the office they offered a full refund and a free ride with the family within 2 years. I'm happy they resolved this issue fairly after the difficult experience we had and I will be happy to go here again."

"The ladies at the bike rentals were super accommodating. Damaris and Maria were so nice and helpful. They made sure we were well taken care of. We rented bikes for 3 hours but could have used at least another hour to see more of the park. Everything was in good repair and easy to navigate with. Highly recommended!"

"Convenient location, good equipment. My only complaint is that you have to book online to get the $9 price. Was shocked to be charged $ when we rented the bikes. Be sure to book ahead."
