"Went here and rented electric scooters. We rented them for 2 hours, $. Within the first two hours, two out of the four scooters malfunctioned. The first person fell after the scooter continued to speed up when they used the break. They fell and injured their hip and elbow going mph. The second scooter, we stopped at a red light, and the person stepped off their scooter, the scooter said it was at 0mph, and once they took their hand off the brake, it started to speed up while the accelerator was in the off position. We even double checked it, pressed it up to make sure it wasn’t stuck or anything, but it was in the off position and still accelerating. We went back to the shop and the employee called the manager. While waiting, she gave us punch cards “for our next visit.” The manager arrived. He didn’t ask us what happened and just started to test out the two scooters inside the small shop. When it didn’t happen the one time he rode both of them once, he said that it wasn’t an issue. We then explained what happened and that one of us was injured from the fall and he laughed. He said that it wasn’t possible because they are front wheel drive, but they’re rear wheel drive- which is false. He then began to raise his voice and push the scooter at one of our group members, telling them to make it happen again. We told him that it was random and didn’t happen all the time. He then said that he would give us ONE new scooter. We told him that one of us was injured and could not continue. We asked if we could get a refund for at least one hour because we paid for 2, and only used a half hour. The manager told us no, there are no refunds. No one told us that and they had no signs that said that, 0/5. Do not rent from this business."
"Would give a zero star if possible! Just left after my friend got hurt on one today the scooters. Trying to tell the manager what happened for the malfunction he started to laugh. He then tried to tell us it wasn’t possible because his scooters are front wheel drive….nope they’re rear wheel.. and when we showed him we know where it rode from because of the malfunction he then tried to make it happen on command. He tried to tell us it wasn’t possible… and refused to give us the remaining time we had left back.. we had over an hr and half remaining and asked if we could have an hour back since one of us wasn’t able to do it after the malfunction and getting hurt. He refused and told us that I make the scooter do what happened before. Disgusting business manager and practice . Laughs when someone says they got injured and then expects us to recreated a malfunction."

"Terrible customer service. Chain fell off one of the bikes minutes into our 2-hour rental, they weren’t answering phones, and refused a refund. They told us the money was “lost” and there is no possible way to refund and as a last resort offered a new bike with extended time. Took no time to mention their policies before you rent, and instead include all of the information on a lengthy receipt, and then place all blame on you for not reading the entire policy AFTER PAYING if you have an issue. Just get a citi bike."
