"I’ve been to this Big O Tires at W Hampden Ave a couple times, and both times they’ve been super helpful! Recently, I stopped in because my tire pressure was low. Come to find out I had a nail in my tire which they found and fixed quickly. Evan was efficient and friendly—every conversation I overheard from the staff was professional (even with the more challenging customers). Now that I live in the area, I will definitely be back here for all my tire needs! Thank you for the fantastic service!"

"My car had a leaky tire and I took it here because my friend mentioned they fix leaks or flats for free! They gave me a quote of an hour since they were busy, but Evan at the front counter said they would try to get it done quickly. I sat in their waiting area and ended up only waiting minutes. :) Excellent, very speedy service and I love that they offer a free service for fixing leaks and flats. I highly recommend this location and want to give a big thanks to Evan for his help and great customer service!"
