"My first visit, called in at 5PM they said bring it in, had a nail in my tire. The only location within miles that said bring in the car around that time, everyone else were closing or full. Also, I was always under impression that big chains charge way too much money for tires, thinking can save a few buying it on Ebay than install it somewhere etc. Well, I will be replacing all four tires on my truck here, nice brand of tires plus warranty for almost the same price if I was going with online order. Well done Big O, very welcoming staff at this location as well, thanks for everything. Will update my review after I install my tires later this year!"

"I knew I had two worn-out front tires that I should replace ASAP since a month ago but kept forgetting about them until today. I needed to drive from SF to SJ this afternoon and then saw two warning lights on the way. I later tried to search for any open shop around the area and found that this place was my only option. I drove by about 5: PM on a Friday only to try my luck. The shop manager was so kind to make an effort to check their schedule, talk with the technicians, and end up gladly taking my car as their last job of the day. I was able to pick up my car just before they closed at 7 PM. This gave me a huge relief and peace of mind for the weekend. In the end, I got a really great price for the same tire brand that I have been using. They have a clean and tidy bathroom for customers to use. The overall service I received was very considerate and professional. It's a great shop led by a very competent and thoughtful manager. I would highly recommend it for tires replacement. I hope Big O Tires would reward this manager and the team well for their outstanding customer service and performance. Their professionalism is beyond expectation in the chain auto service industry in my experience."

"Customer service was great. I knew I needed a couple of minor things done besides what I was there for and the employee was great at offering and educating and time frame of when these things needed to be done at a realistic time frame, but wasn’t overly pushy on selling the service. I will definitely be going back to this facility to take care of those services. I forgot the employees name but I will be finding out and speaking to his supervisor on how great his service was."
