"Back in October , I got hit by some debris on the freeway one morning. Typically I would go through my insurance, but my deductible is too high. So I knew that I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I eventually came up with some money to get a new bumper, so I shopped around for some quotes. I actually got referred to BG by a friend. After speaking with Arnold, he quoted me with the best deal I had gotten yet. He was really cool and explained he would do everything he could to help and save me some money. So I gave them my car. It took a few more days than we originally had planned for, but that was only because they were trying to get it back to new for me. I guess the pain shop didn't match its correctly with the rest of my car. Instead of returning the car to me with the bad paint job, he took the time to have them repaint it again so that it matched perfectly with my car. I think that was so awesome they took that much pride and consideration into making it look great instead of giving it back with a bad paint job. Not all companies would take the time to do that. Or even care in the first place. He also took the time to buff out some ADDITIONAL scuffs I had on the side of my car as well. Which he did not have to do, but it made a huge difference in my car to me. They were even kind enough to let me use one of their loaner cars as well, while it was in the shop. Everyone was super friendly and I'll definitely be returning if I need more work done! Just ask for Bill or Arnold!"

"BG Autobody is the best by far. First time I had my car taking there was in March the customer service was great. They offered me a loaner vehicle for free if I needed one. The day I went to pick my vehicle up, I got into another accident on the freeway. Not a bad on at all thank god, just a side swipe. I referred them to the person I was in the accident with. Bill made sure they were well taken care of. About a month ago I ran over a boulder in the middle of the road going to Barona. I took my car to Kia service department. I called Bill from BG Autobody and told him what happen just in case I needed any body work done. Which I didn’t. Later on my insurance agent told me that they were have a hard time getting pictures of the damages on my car from Kia. Then proceeded to let me know that Bill went over there and took the necessary pictures for Allstate. BG Autobody treats you like family. Bill didn’t have to do that for me. He wasn’t getting paid but yet he still made sure that my car was being taken care of. I recommend BG Autobody to everyone and anyone. Thank you Bill and the rest of the BG Autobody family."

"Man when I had given up..Mr.Bill took care of me, he kept good communication with me so I never felt in the dark. The BG autobody team does amazing work beyond expectations.
