"Maggie was a PHENOMENAL tour guide. She was so helpful (I had all kinds of issues arriving to the tour—my GPS didn’t work, then I went the wrong way to meet the group, after I’d parked) and patient with me, and led me right where I needed to go. The meeting place was easy to spot and parking wasn’t too bad. The value was great for the money. I loved Maggie’s enthusiasm and the stories she shared with us. She was considerate of how we might be sensitive to energies and forewarned us that if we were uncomfortable to just let her know. She made sure we stayed together and that when the sidewalks got wonky, we were aware so we didn’t fall. My favorite part besides Maggie’s enthusiasm, was when she shared pictures with us. The only thing I would’ve liked better is if it was a smaller group. / highly recommend!!"

"Had a tour guided by Sheila and it was AMAZING! She’s super knowledgeable about the area in regards to the tour or just things around town. Didn’t get any pictures of ghosts myself but Sheila came with her own and added to the overall experience. Getting a ride share service to and from the start point was pretty quick."

"Fantastic Ghost tour! Our guide, Sheila, was not only knowledgeable but down to earth. She used her knowledge of the area's history and her wonderful humor to make the tour come alive! No cape, makeup or theatrics needed! As a Colorado native, I was thrilled to learn more about histories I thought I knew! I appreciated her teaching us what to look for as we took photos and videos, but then she would bring us together as a group to review what we may have discovered. We were able to interact with each other and see through other's experiences. (Young man next to me recorded amazing photos that most of us didn't see.) Once we reviewed his footage, Sheila shared similar photos from her experiences, and continued to make it less of a tour and more of a shared quest. (Sheila's got some amazing experiences!) At one location I had a physical reaction, at which Sheila explained and guided me until I recovered. For that, I am thankful. As I stated before, this is a real tour and not one based on hype. Be prepared to walk in good shoes and be respectful to those living in the area of the tour. Small children and older adults with limited walking ability may find this tour difficult. Parking in the area isn't difficult, but there are no bathroom stops, so be prepared. The tour company will confirm with you and give you the guide's cell number should you need help. We had a wonderful time, and I hope you will as well! I hear they have Christmas light tours as well....see you there!"
