"DON'T GO THERE!! Bad services, they purposely order the wrong parts to charge you restocking fees, nasty place with exposed electrical wires on the floor and poor safety conditions. They aren’t Better Business Bureau members, and have other bad reviews on Yelp and other social media sites, LOOK THEM UP BEFORE you consider using them. They will scream at you and try to intimidate you ( if you are a woman of curse! ) and anyway they won’t give you your money back even when they’re restocking fee was $ not the $ they stole from me, it's a nasty place!!! and they also SUPER bad costumer service! they on purpose ORDER the wrong part to charge the restocking fee, they SAY they "record" the ordering phone calls, I ask to listen to the recording and every time the recording was on the part where I clearly agree on the part that THEY advise me and they order it, Jose skip it 3 times! very conveniently. that shows their intention on crating a reason to overcharge the costumers like they probably usually do with everyone else! Then they became very verbally aggressive and this other man that I wasn’t even talking to, all the sudden with screeming voice and approaching me intimidating and laud started to talk to me ( screaming ) so I begin to take video tape and everyone there stopped screaming immediately and they started ignoring me!! They are so brave to be screeming at a face woman 5'2” tall with enough manners and cero intention of screeming back at no one! I was there only for business!!! and that was very unprofessional, So I left the "place" without reimbursement of my $ deposit for the first truck part and without the second part ordered! This is how this business operates, and “tried“ to get away crating confusion or forcing their attitude mistreating a woman,( cowardly ) and misrepresenting and misleading fraudulently their business. I took all this time to write this review because I believe in this XXI century we ALL with no exceptions should demand our rights and use the media to expose this people!!"
