"Buyer beware: If you make an online reservation and receive an email confirmation this store will not honor it, or at least this was my experience. I reserved a shared unit for 2 small cats at $ per day, but when I called the store to ask a question, was told the daily rate would be $. Why? Because online reservations are corporate driven and do not work for this specific location. I made the reservation while on this store's specific website, so not sure how this works. Oh well..........."

"They discriminate against breeds. Studies have shown that smaller dogs are actually more prone to aggression, yet, I'm sure this business doesn't discriminate against smaller breeds. My pit is the extremely loving and affectionate and lovely to play with. Glad they told me that they didn't take "aggressive breeds" before I could even schedule a visit, because I wouldn't want to spend my money with a company that still has these archaic practices. "The ASPCA web site gives the [pitbull] breed an endorsement that could fit a golden retriever. It says, “A well-socialized and well-trained pit bull is one of the most delightful, intelligent, and gentle dogs imaginable.”"

"I swear Khloe Bean is smiling in her Best Friends photos!!! I wouldn't take my baby any other place. They give me a peace of mind with updates while we are apart. When I pick her up she's happy as can be!!!!"

"I wouldn't voluntarily visit here again, much less board or groom a beloved pet. I was here to help a family member get their pets vaccinated and it was the nastiest pet place I think I've ever been to. The grooming area was empty of pets and people but had enough old hair lying in puddles on the floor to form several new animals from. The equipment was covered in dust, dirt, and fur. The kennels I saw where dirty and so where the animals in them. There was an old urine smell in every room. One dog I actually got to see in his area had very little water and the area was very dirty. Not pet overnight dirty, but old hair and grime everywhere that didn't even match the color or length of the current dog. Not to mention the kennel he was in was tiny, he could only take 3 or 4 steps and then would be at the end of his space. No bed, no toys, and barely any room to move around in. There was not one single clean area in the whole place. I've worked in a kennel and been in several others for grooming or vaccination services, this is the first one I wouldn't go back to under any circumstances."
