I used to work at best buy back in the day. Never knew their customer service experience had changed so drastically. I was very impressed with the help I got from the geek squad and the floor rep that assisted me. Pleasant surprise

Purchased a TV with installation and everything. Was given a printed receipt of a delivery window. Took of work to be home for install. Appointment was never scheduled by the home theater rep.

I bought a pair of AirPod Pros a month ago and Best Buy matched a competitors price without any hassle. A few weeks later my AirPods stopped working and they helped me resolve the issue quickly and easily. The employees that helped me out each time were professional, helpful and courteous. Next time I need any Apple products I'll be back for sure.

Best buy has the worst customer service and return policy. Don't waste your time or money you get the same thing from Amazon at a better price and return window. This company should be out of business.
