It is ridiculous I bought the life time warranty screen protector for my fold z 3 phone. Twice I have came to get my screen replaced the 1st time I had to leave my phone there for 2 hours at the store The 2nd time they don't have the screen in stock so they told me they would have to take the old one off so they can order the screen protector And they will have the new one shipped to me. I guess they expected for me to go a week without any protection on my phone. The other thing they suggested was to purchase another screen protector. And It would be shipped to me then bring it into Best Buy so they could Install it for me. I don't understand if they think I'm going to rip them off By keeping the old screen that is damaged But at the same time I'm supposed to go a week without protecting my phone. I wouldn't complain if I worked inside but I work outside and I'm handling material and liquid products so I need my phone protected at all times.

I appreciate that they are trying to make things easier for customers, but that check-out situation is just a mess. Is it the customer service counter? Is the line (that has been there for years)? Who knows?? I just want to pick up an item but have to wait through a customer line because now the customer pick-up area is also check-out. Still my favorite place to gawk at electronics and buy too much gaming gear, but may try the self check-out app so I don't have to deal with...you know...checking out.

Scheduled an appointment with geek squad on 3/15 for them to come out today 3/16 from 9am- 1pm. Received confirmation and an email that Matthew estimated time was 11:45 am to arrive. Which he never showed. I had to rearrange my whole day for this appointment and down time for work due to him not showing up. So unprofessional and I have geek squad services and services was not meet well to my needs.

place was a bit chaotic. Not to mention I was utterly lost when signing up for my Best Buy credit card. Apparently there was a 10% back deal on my first purchase that I wasn’t even told about nor did I know that my card was going to be shipped to me in the mail. I thought I left without it or some thing. This store is definitely suffering from Covid strains. So we can’t really judge them too harshly. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable despite being disorganized during busier hours.

They advertise that they carry the Samsung products that I need but they never have them. You have to run down someone to help you. In the summer we went to buy a large Samsung TV with accessories. After 25 minutes waiting we left and bought at another store where we wired on immediately, they delivered and set up everything and made sure we knew how everything worked. We were glad we didn't purchase at Best Buy anyway because they didn't bring it out and set up all the accessories.
