"I had 2 very poor experiences with the customer service and delivery departments. First my order was delayed 3 months because of a broken machine. Second order was paid for and my order was never placed but I was not notified. I reached out to the head quarter of the company etc and spoke to Becky . She was rude and hung up on me . I wanted to know when were they going to refund / credit my money etc . All I got was the run arounds and poor customer service . It was a big mistake to have done bussiness with this company . I would not recommend this company to anybody, friends , or family. Again very poor customer service and what a shame they never once apologize for the delay or inconvenience."

"Worst customer service I've ever experience from a supplier. Asked, "What do I need?" when I was trying to open a commercial account. Don't take cards, or checks bc they take 3 days to process, so I had to go get cash to pay. Huge headaches. Then go to the warehouse at 9am and they say to wait bc they are on break.... a 9am break??? Currently getting my credit app back and never going to come here again."
