"I normally always grab something to eat here on my busy days with no problem, but TODAY I was very disappointed. I ordered a lunch plate while I was on getting ready for work and my general chicken wasn’t even eatable, it was very hard to chew and extremely burnt. I asked for fried rice and they gave me steamed rice. I called but ended up very busy at work until about 6. I again call them back and the manager there was very disrespectful and tells me there’s nothing she can do about it because I had to bring the plate back(after I already threw it away). As a manager in another fast food service and one of my parent being a health inspector i know right now during the pandemic you are not supposed to bring food that was tampered with back into the building. I took it out the trash and tomorrow I am going to bring it back and tell them I want a replacement, refund or something because it was absolutely ridiculous and as a manager whoever I was talking to was very rude. I wasn’t calling to even complain until they became disrespectful. I understand how being in the food industry is but that is not how you handle these situations. I am very disappointed."
"The food is okay however I feel very disappointed about their customer service. I went on lunch time and it’s not really busy. But our server looked at his phone all the time and we need to raise our hand for the refill. The manager needs to deal with this one."
"No children's menu, when I asked how large are the portions, his response was a portion for 1 person. Food is OK, some things on the menu are better than others."
"If you eat here I highly recommend you check your order before you leave. They messed up my order and I didn't notice it until I got home. I threw the food away, which is what they would have done if I would have taken the food back. When I got to the restaurant they told me I needed to bring the other food back in to exchange it. I told them that I threw it away just like they were going to do with it. The manager told me he would not give me the correct order unless I brought the food back. After several minutes of back-and-forth with the manager and the other workers, the lady finally gave in and said she would make it right. Not only did I have to waste my gas going all the way back, they also wasted my time arguing about it when they could have made it right from the start. The manager needs to set his pride aside and do what's right for his customers. He kept telling me he was worried about money and wasted food. I told him the food is already wasted since they are going to throw it away anyways."
"I ordered a shrimp fried rice and an order of habichi shrimp. On the habichi shrimp, I only got six small shrimp and a pile of mushrooms. I don't care for mushrooms at all and had no idea it would come with all of them. The fried rice had a flavor of an old shoe. It wasn't good at all. The egg drop soup was delicious though"
