I think it's important to understand the person's views writing about a location. I am not a wealthy person an average person living on a budget... That said I will comment that it was so perfectly clean it would blind you( in a good way) every associate that I passed asked if I was ok, finding what I needed an so on!!! You can't get a more incredible place to shop.. Just for myself I can get lots of the exact same brands at a little less so I have no choice but to count and save as many pennies as I might...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I came here to look for fashion tape before a big event this evening and couldn't find any. I also couldn't find an associate on the floor initially. When I finally found an associate in the bathroom department, I politely said "excuse me ma'am", to get her attention. As I said this she looked at me and started walking away as she asked "hello, yes?" So I followed her through the department to finish asking my question about the fashion tape (talking to the back of her head as she walked away). She answered "no we don't have that" without hesitation and barely looked me in the eye (mostly because she was in the process of walking around the department, pushing a big blue bin, doing whatever she felt was more important than stopping for one second to help me). For reference, this was an older, fair skinned lady with her hair in a bun and glasses....thanks for the awful experience.

Couldn't find any extra long shower curtains here. They had a good selection of pet items however.

Not sure how this chain is still alive. They're constantly out of stock, understaffed, and never pick up the phones. I used to love going here for home goods, but they've been a huge let down during the pandemic.

The service was inferior. Check-out people were very unprofessional. One was standing checking her phone, and the other did not know much about doing her job, so she had to call the third person to get prices. All she needed to do was to scan the prices. I had a set of sheets, table cloth, several kitchen items, and candle items on sale. Then I had to carry the items out without bags; she said they were out.
