Great location close by the Gallaria Mall and other shopping centers and surrounding restraunts. Plenty options available.

Got the impression this location is mostly for online pickup. Did not have food chopper in stock we were looking for. Went to other location on Park Ln. They had two left.

Customer service employees at the North Dallas location on Dallas Pkwy are rude, and don’t seem to care about the customer’s inconvenience due to lack of inventory that their website fails to update when a product is purchased online. They acquired a new system recently, and it is faulty. Corporate needs to look into this poorly run location. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick up an item that I purchased online for in store pickup. I was not notified. I won’t shop this location ever again.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed an item Monday morning so I ordered it online to pick up curve side. I was emailed that the order was fulfilled and would be ready in an hour. As I’m heading to the store I so happen to look at the email to screenshot it for the order number in case I needed it for it to say my order had been canceled five minutes ago. I called the store and the lady tells me that the item wasn’t in stock, so I asked about the refund process or could they try another store. She told me all I could do is come in purchase something similar that they had and my money would go back to my card in 24 hours or less. So now I’ve paid double for one item because it was very needed. It was very selfish and inconvenient of the store and they are rude and definitely don’t wanna be there. That was Sunday and it’s Wednesday and I still haven’t received my money… imagine that
