"I referred my parents to come to this location and my dad was given the run around each time it came time for his appointments. Fred the receptionist first said my dad new patient information could not be found in the system and I know I completed the work because I did the paperwork for my dad and mom. But I gave Fred the benefit of the doubt. My dads appointment was rescheduled and I was assured everything would go smoothly on Feb that his paper work was printed off insurance card was good to go. My dad can not see very well so I have to help him. My dad went to his appointment at :am his appointment was at he was not seen at the office nor was he updated that the hygienist was running behind my dad got up to leave at : and I called to spoke with a lady who told me Fred had went to lunch and asked if my dad could back at . Older people do not like being given the run around I asked to speak with the manager and even left my name and number for a call back I didn’t receive it. We want be back bad customer service. Unprofessional and you all only take care of certain color of people. I will be moving our services some place else."
