"We are just homeowners doing our own project but they treated us like any other big customer. We paid for delivery to the roof but when they showed up in a small truck to drop the pallet in the driveway I was really upset. They were really nice about it and preemptively credited back the delivery fee. Just don’t find good customer service anymore and my husband and I were very impressed with them and Carlos. They also had the best pricing out of all the roofing supply stores I called."
