"I am currently in the lobby while my husband speaks with the teller. She remembered him by name and then a 2nd teller came out to greet him. Then both tellers stood and greeted me very warmly. This definitely doesn't feel like any bank I've ever visited. This bank felt like an instant relationship. I'd never even heard of them before today but the way they treated us was the best marketing anyone can have. Thank you to Ms. Yuridia and Ms. Kenyada!"
"At one point Bayou City was a really great credit union, not anymore. My biggest problem with them is the ATMs. There are only 2 of them. One in the UT building and one in Hermann. You can't access either of them!!! The UT closes the atm at after the bank closes and you can't even get in Hermann to get to the ATM unless you are a patient or an employee due to covid. I called earlier to ask someone about that and the first girl told me I could use any atm. I already knew that, but why would I want to use another atm and pay unnecessary fees when I can I use the atm at the institute that I bank with. She then gave me a number to speak with someone else. I left a voicemail and the lady called me right back. She was very nice and she explained why the atm is locked after leaving. Apparently, the homeless were going into the atm and damaging them. I completely understand that. However, this is an inconvenience to the customers of the credit union. Normal working hours are 9 to 5. How does the credit union suppose you get your money if you are not able to get to the credit union in time? I guess you would have to take off work just to go to the bank to get your money 🙄🙄🙄. You should be able to get off, go to the atm, and get your money stress free, but I digress. It just sucks all the way around."
"They were helping me “update” my account. I lost 3months of interest. Whoops is all they could say. Now they’re charging my children’s minis accounts for dormant fees and statement fees. Nobody answers the phone. Horrible ethics. THIEVES"
