I was treated very nicely, had my batteries tested, got a quote to submit to the Red Cross for the purchase of the batteries. I got approval picked up the batteries, charged them and put them to use. I have never bought Duracell Brand before so I would like to see how they work out.

Helpful employee, discussed changes in my order due to out of stock. Showed some options and I made my decision to change. Not a 10 because employee did not knw how to take coupon for credit from manufacturer. Recommended I go to big box store, this I did not want to do. Coupon was one reason I chose BnB.
