"I had stopped by several big box retailers without any luck looking for an obscure remote control battery. Called ahead to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they had it in stock, on the shelf - at a reasonable price. Parking available but it's behind the store so missed the turn in on first pass."

"Ugh. Very rough experience trying to get my phone screen replaced. The tech was a very nice guy but I question his training as he accidently damaged the speaker and vibration motor cables in my iphone. Hey, no big deal as mistakes happen! He installed a temporary screen to get me by until replacements parts and the right screen showed up. The temp screen didn't work well, but he said the parts/screen would arrive in a few days. I could live with it for that long. Ugh. As you might have guessed, the parts order was never placed and I never did get a call back. Finally, after a few weeks, I scheduled another appointment only to find that the very nice guy had been terminated and there were very few notes regarding my account. The store employee bubbled my issue up to the store owner (Brett), but the owner's response was to not fix my phone as I had dropped it during the month I spent waiting for service. I had purchased a screen protector (they were out of cases) but was waiting to install it until my new screen arrived. Ugh. My hope is that Brett understands the role his store played in my now broken phone. If his people had done what they promised, I'd have had my phone fixed and there would be no issues. That's not what happened. This is my first-ever google review, so please know that I am not a chronic complainer nor one of those guys that tries to squeeze every penny out of every opportunity. I just want a working phone or a refund after spending $ bucks at this store for a new screen, phone battery and other supplies. Ugh."

"Jumped my old Sprinter van battery and drove to Batteries Plus, Northgate, Seattle. They had the right battery and installed it in the snow. Many, many thanks to Chris and staff. Highly recommend!"
