"My complaint would be I called to inquire about their semi annual sale. The young man asked someone as I could hear him asking while on the phone and provided me with an answer. I then Proceeded to ask him about the availability of a product at this location, his response at that point was "Oh i dont know I just got in". If he was capable of opening his mouth and asking one of his employees for help, he should of been capable of asking again for help or placing me on hold and looking for the product or something. His excuse of "I dont know, I just got in" isnt any of my concern. He should of reached out for help or placed me on a hold while he checked himself or delegate the task to someone else. Problem solving skills for this young man are poor or he didnt want to do his job. Called on 1.. Around 4:pm-5:pm. Whomever the young man was that "Just got in"."

"Crowded for their candle sale day, but they were very well staffed for it. The employees were helpful in finding the candles we wanted, and the cashiers were very quick in checking everybody out. Great products and great customer service."
