I have been shopping at Bath 🛁 & body works every since they opened. I've never experienced anything bad. Customer service is always great with to me. I entered the store & Annette greeted me. I had some returns which I had no receipt on hand I was able to exchange without any problem. Annette was telling me of the new line of Aromatherapy which are my favorites the sun awaking smells amazing its ony list to try!

I just want to give a shout out to Michelle. Everybody was very pleasant but this young lady def went beyond her job description. And wasn't pushy but very knowledgeable patient and kind. Def would recommend and will be revisiting for sure!!!!
