"I have banked here for years, and have always liked that it is a smaller bank that had less bureaucracy than large ones like. Unfortunately they have gone downhill in recent years. I have had multiple disappointing interactions, from taking minutes to open a basic account (on more than one occasion), to a total lack of care or help when trying to recover funds stolen by fraudulent checks. Every time I come in the bank, I don't understand what the banker is doing, endlessly clicking away on the computer for an hour, to do a simple be change, or open a savings account for my child. They also seem bewildered by anything "out of the ordinary", such as sending an international wire."
