Had a follow up appointment scheduled for today so the vet could make sure everything was going well with my cat. Arrived at 7:45 a.m., and was informed by a PetSmart employee that Banfield actually isn't open today. Why would they schedule me for a day that they weren't open, and if they found out later that they wouldn't be open how come they didn't give me a call to inform me. I had to drive back home to drop off my cat and was late to work because of this. Completely unprofessional.

If you can wait 5-8 weeks for an appointment then you and your pet should be fine. If you need a vet to see your pet in a reasonable amount of time, I mean usually they are sick and in need of care, don’t bother. If its routine stuff, better call them months before you want the appt. What exactly is the point of paying a monthly fee if you really DON’T have reasonable access to a vet and/or healthcare for your pet? For me and my other family who are monthly paying members its not reasonable anymore. Cancelling. Then you pay tons of money for the ER for something that could be an office visit just so your pet isn’t suffering or to make sure its not serious. Take up space for real ER visits. So frustrated and there is always a different excuse Covid, Dr on vacations, etc. Over it. You just lost 2. Probably no big deal but thats fine.

Dr Singh is a terrible vet and not to be trusted. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. Dr Singh wants to take your money but he has NO interest in taking care of your fur babies. Fire him. This location is dirty, they’ll never have appointments for you, they’re nothing but trouble, they have terrible customer service and are sincerely not worth any convenience you may find from being near you or being in a pet store. Please save your pets and your save yourself.

I've been a Banefield customer for a long time and have been going to this location since I moved to the Culver City area about 3 years ago. I'm concerned this location might have suddenly permanently closed? I had called to make an appointment on July 19th and after a wait, was able to speak to someone and also asked some questions about my cats last bloodwork results. The person I spoke to said they couldn't speak about my cat's health with me and that the vet would call me by the end of the day. Completely understandable. I never received a phone call and called back on July 21st, 25th and 26th only to be met with a message that the location was closed. With the other newest review from today that they're closed on a Tuesday, I'm worried this location might be gone. I emailed corporate and am waiting for a reply back but I figured throwing up a review might save other people the same trouble.

We had an emergency Allergy incident on Memorial Day! They fit Kahlua on and took great care of her. 💜 Eternally grateful
