"The staff was kind. The service was really good, very responsive and caring, going out of their way etc. Only thing I would add is that I went to spend half hour with my brother (who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly) to say goodbye before cremation. The area to do so was in the back of the room, and it did not have a door or walls to separate it from the rest of the facility (although it was separated enough that you couldn't see the front desk from where my brother was situated). So while I was crying and saying goodbye, you could hear the front desk greeting people and answering questions. That was a bit awkward I'm sure for all involved. So if either they could build a wall/door, or move people into the smaller rooms (that had walls and doors) off of the side, to talk to them, when someone is saying goodbye to their love ones, that would have made it a lot better. But, would I recommend them? Yes, absolutely. Randy is the best!"
