"One star for this place just staying in business. They ruined my new rug. Charged me extra to send it out to get a small stain out of it. Stain is way way worse now. In cleaning it they pulled out half of the wool in the stain area. They untied half of the beautiful double knotted fringe on the end with the stain. They could have reknotted it since they tore it up. Salesman assured me on the phone that the stain could be removed but they just made it larger. Don't take your rug here if you like it."

"We took our rug to have it cleaned at this place after it got wet due to hurricane Harvey. When we arrived they took the rug out of our car for us. After we went in and talked about the cleaning of the rug the price was going to be $ to be washed. Then he said it was going to be $ to remove the stains. That is not what he said on the phone when i called before. When i questioned him about it he tore up the purchase agreement and threw it across the desk and was yelling and the pen flew into my lap. I told them "who do you think you are". I was furious. I told them to put my rug back in my car and I will never return to this place. I would not recommend using this company for anything."
