"My mom was in the hospital when we moved her stuff to Autumn Leaves, she passed away before getting to move there. We had just signed the contract, and then she passed away. We moved all of her stuff out within a week of her passing. Autumn Leaves chose not to refund our community fees. Now it is almost a year and a half later, and they are sending a bill for rent that they claim is past due to collections. Very poor move."
