"I recently purchased a Audi A5 Cabriolet from Auto Haus in Sept . Brandon Carpenter was my sales guy and right from the get-go he was informative, friendly, relaxed, and helpful. He was patient with my many questions, mostly about the functions of the car, and super chill. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and it barely felt like any kind of car-buying experience that I’ve ever had before. I highly recommend this dealership. Furthermore, I had a minor repair (adjustment, really) performed by the same dealership, and they were very helpful and informative, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Furthermore, they washed and vacuumed the car to boot! I would highly recommend both the dealership and the service center to anyone."

My sales associate was Brandon Carpenter who came highly recommended from a colleague of mine. "DONT waste your time or money. Dishonest and they only want to empty your wallet. Tried to tell me it would cost over $ for brakes, an alternator replacement, a window motor replacement, and a valve cover leak. $K would’ve been understandable because of parts/labor… but $7K? Ridiculous. I found someone to fix it ALL for $2K. What a SCAM!"
