"This was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I have a little less than an acre to mow and got the AWD robot. Now I don’t have to spend all weekend in the yard! The whole process was smooth start to finish. They offer financing if you need it, which can cover the cost of your robot and installation. Customer service was easy to work with and their installation team was great. Made sure everything was working properly before they left. I had one issue and they came out the next day to fix it. Everything has been working great since then. The sales rep, Amanat, was awesome to work with and made sure everything was explained and taken care of during the purchase and install. Can’t recommend this company enough."

"My husband and I purchased an automower a few years ago because he is very allergic to all things in the spring and I work full time night shift so it was difficult to get out consistently. Trying to get someone to come out for installation was kind of a process but when they finally came out it was a good experience. Our mower was stolen later that summer; they did nothing to help us with that. We purchased a second mower that had a GPS locator on it to help prevent that again. This mower (X) worked great for almost a full season before we started having issues with it. The techs that came out were fantastic trying to help us. In October or November of they took our mower to be fixed and provided us with a loaner to finish out the mowing season. In the late winter/very early spring before mowing season they took back our loaner but did not bring back our mower because it had not been fixed at that point. It has been been almost months since we have had our mower and have not been able to contact the autmow company or get a straight answer to when we could expect to have it back. Update: it is very clear this company cares about their product and customers. Since realizing the discrepancy they have gone above and beyond to make things right. Within hours of talking with the general manager, we were given a loaner mower. They are still working on figuring out what is going on with our mower but I am confident they will do the best they can to get it back to us as quickly as possible. When it comes down to it, I would absolutely recommend this company and love the mower. I simply wish matters hadn’t slipped through the cracks as long as they had."
