"This was exactly the place I was hoping to find! I had a rifle casing from the gun salute for my mom, and I had a sample of her handwriting saying "Lots of Love" that I wanted engraved on the side of the casing. He got it done right away (to accommodate my long commute), and polished it up. He also gave me some helpful tips to keep it from tarnishing. It looks exactly like I was hoping, and he even drilled some holes (after I mentioned it) to be able to run a chain through to hang it! Such a great experience, and I highly recommend!"
