"Different Gravy... Dr.Maddie and the staff at Audiology Associates are different gravy, simply put. They offered to take us in (same day) after we canceled an appointment from a horribly rated ENT place just miles away from them. The receptionist lady was kind and considerate. She did not hurry us, and double-checked to see that we had all appropriate paperwork taken care of. Dr. Maddie took ear impressions for my girlfriend and I (she is getting custom-fit earplugs for sleeping and custom-fit in-ear monitors for myself). Her price was very reasonable and she has experience doing them. The office is clean and orderly, and we were in & out within about minutes. That was paperwork, impressions, her listening to our questions, and payment. WOW. I have never been more impressed by a doctor's visit than this. We will be coming back for their services in the future."
