We can't say enough about the energy of this establishment, the creative culinary concepts and the ENTIRE TEAM. This dining club is unique yet approachable. Relaxing yet invigorating. Worth every penny, an oasis that caters to all your senses.

Such a great experience! Went last night for a birthday dinner and could not have been happier. We enjoyed a 5 course meal paired with amazing service. As each course came through, we were given a detailed walkthrough with the passion that I’ve never seen before. This experience took our night to a new level, forming a lasting desire for more, which can’t be found anywhere else in Columbus. Many thanks to this great experience!!

Colin and his team are as good as they come! The environment they’ve created is stunning and warm, and you can feel their passion for delicious food and drinks the moment you walk in the door. Among other delectable plates including a fabulous take on a lobster roll and a to-die-for cauliflower steak, our most recent meal featured a stellar gnocchi dish that will quite possibly make it impossible to order gnocchi anywhere else…ever again. We cannot wait for our next experience at Aubergine, and we thank Colin and his team for everything they do!

Colin and Aubergine are phenomenal. Anything you need for your private party/dinner/wine/champagne needs, he’s your man. I asked Colin to plan a bday surprise for my parents and he didn’t disappoint. Creative freedom is his go to! He planned a 5-course champagne and food pairing….. 10/10 Colin and Aubergine is my favorite

Have dined at Aubergine many times. It's always a special experience and Colin is a gracious host. The food is exceptional and the environment has a unique energy. Always look forward to dining there or having some fine cocktails or wine.
