He showed up and we had a great lunch, wonderful conversation, and he addressed my concern. If the owner has time to meet me for lunch to address a concern, that’s a company I will be loyal too. "I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with Atlas Butler! No one likes it when an unexpected big expense like a furnace and Heat Pump go out and have to be replaced but they eased it a bit! They got with me quickly when I found my system had gone out over night (8am tech assessment and sales call at am). I knew the yo system was having problems and was due for replacement. I did some preliminary checking on pricing and they were comparable. By noon I was signed up for a new system to be installed the following morning at 8am! All parts in stock! They showed up with a crew of 4 and had the old system out by am. The new system was very professionally installed (VERY CLEAN INSTALL!), and they were out of there by pm... They laid down runners to protect the floor, and answered all my technical questions well (I'm technical so I had a lot!) Also walked me through set up and configuration, and PM of the new system! I was amazingly impressed! Would recommend them to anyone! Jim"
