"Because they told me when I called them for their hours of service the best time to get there was before they open at 6 and I did and that's when things went really fast! The best way to deal with DES is, fill out your application on line. If it is your first time applying, you will probably have to go in and do a fingerprint but after that, you may never have to go into the office again because you can even upload the paperwork that they want or need! If you pay attention and do as they ask it's pretty simple and easy!!"
