"Purchased a vehicle in November and waited for the tags and title to arrive. I stopped by after my temp plate had expired and asked what was going on and the answer I got was that the DMV was slow into getting it out. I called on the 9th of Jan and had the been told that the bank was having an issue with the process. My girlfriend called back to get some answers and they went off blaming the DMV and the government on it and hung up on her. That was a big mistake making her mad. So needless to say...ncdot.gov and search for "file a complaint". You will be greeted with a lovely call from the state within hrs and you will love what you hear from them."
