I've visited this location since it has opened. However the last two times I have visited, that service has lacked. I think under new management

I have patronized this location since it opened. Today, not only did the line move much slower than usual during lunch, but the girl working the drive through was extremely rude, handing me my food and shutting the window without so much as a word. Not only that, but she and the only two other staff members I saw were maskless, when our hospitals are completely full of COVID cases.

Disappointed with personality of staff....beef was barely like warm. Guess they no longer have to go above and beyond when it's only take out. Like who is going to turn around to get back in line to complain while traveling. Staff could be more helpful asking condiment questions and PLEASE don't assume I know your menu by heart.....male was very rude like we were bothering him.....

We only came here because Culver’s was busy…big mistake. Waited for a decent time for our food and they missed half of our order. My husband went to the door to get the other half of our order and the manager seemed annoyed (another gentleman was also waiting for his missed items). Only to get home and realize they didn’t even send salad dressing with the salad (which was the part of our order that was missed). Guess we know when Culver’s is busy to go to Taco Bell next time. Salad was extremely disappointing…I don’t think the dressing would have even made any improvement.
