Dining area was clean. Very friendly service at the counter and super fast getting our food. They even gave the kids a milkshake they had made by mistake… which may have been a mistake giving it to them, but how nice was that?! Accurate order and hot freshly prepared food.

It was disappointing. I e been here prior and they were much better, but thus time around. Flat soda (no straws, they were out) cold fries. I was there to try the Diablo Dare, but it was fine. It would probably had been better if the sandwich was hot. Also, their cashier seemed quite apathetic ...

Went to Arby's on off 71st & Georgetown last night at 9:30 pm on 11/27/2021 saw a employee who was a black young lady walk from outside on the phone to inside and I sat at the speaker in the drive thru and waited for someone to say something but they didn't until I said hello are you open and a young lady said no our system is down with a very low voice as if she was trying to disguise her voice.I've noticed lately they are saying there system is down when I go or send my daughter. It was very disappointing because I was hungry and thats the only thing I wanted to eat at that time.
